4.8mill refi 5 unit STR property

Are there any wholesale lenders that will do a rate and term refi on 4,800,000 loan balance,  5 unit property. Property is worth 7.5m and is a short term rental. About 8 months rental history and cash flows about 80-90k per month. Looking for long term financing, no bridge loans.
