2025 is here and now almost 1/12 over...I want to connect with more investors within the DMV.

A quick bio on me:

25 y/o Agent-Investor
Own 20+ units
Strategy: BRRR and seller finance, (only when I need cash) flipping

I got my start back in 2020 when I did my first house hack. The first three deals were small house hacks over 3 years. Ran out of cash. Started partnerships to raise money and scale now to 20+ units.
