Local hard money lenders
I have my first fix n flip property I am looking to close on around the Hammond, la area. Looking for a local bank preferably for a hard money loan. Any suggestions? If not is lending one or tidal loans a good option?

Yes as Jaycee noted you will need to use a investment property lender (not a local bank) to find a hard money loan. Do you have any specific deal related questions?
