Property Management Reccomendations

Hello, i am looking for any reccos on a good property management company in the charlotte area. My current one does not communicate well, isn't accurate with accounting/owner draws and also provides little to no detail on maintenance requests. Hoping there are better ones out there. Thankd in advance!
