Thanks for the feedback; some quick stats: 9 doors across 4 states, about 50% LTV ratio with a Net Income of about 17% and cash on cash of about 3%.....in fairness those numbers include some overall business expenses not tied directly to one specific property. Thank You.

Hi, i have a handful of properties that i have purchased over the past several years as passive investments. I am thinking about doing this full time and was wondering if there was a coach/professional i could speak with to give me an honest assessment on my current real estate portfolio? Thank You

Hello, i am looking for any reccos on a good property management company in the charlotte area. My current one does not communicate well, isn't accurate with accounting/owner draws and also provides little to no detail on maintenance requests. Hoping there are better ones out there. Thankd in advance!

Hi,

I have been dabbling in the rental property world for about five years now and am fortunate to have collected a few properties during that time that are cash flowing.

At this point I'm not sure if it's worth trying to scale this even more (if so, how given current financing conditions), keep as-is or get out completely.

Was wondering if there is an Investor 'Life Coach' of sorts who could take a look at my current portfolio and let me know general thoughts and feedback.

thanks in advance.
