Any Recommendations for a Lender on a 25 unit in Philadelphia

Hey everyone looking to get a Debt quote on a 25 unit apartment building in Philadelphia, PA. I will have 30% to put down on the asset which range in the 3 million - 3.6 million range. 

Any recommendations on any lenders that will do this loan.
