Selling Condo in Denver at Cost: $400k

Looking to sell a new build 2/1 condo, zip 80221, purchased in 2022.

Has been listed slightly higher and has stagnated on the market. It has a mortgage so seller financing is not an option for less than double digit interest and a down payment.

Massively underwhelmed with most realtors in the Denver metro area, so I won't be hiring another as an exclusive listing agent. I am out of state which also makes things difficult.

Will consider rental arbitrage, long-term rental, etc.

Offering
Denver, Colorado
