Looking for a contract to use for STR

Hello - I am just starting out with a short term rental that I am updating currently and planning to have it ready shortly (I’m in Michigan).

Am looking for a contract to use as I’ve heard that vrbo and Airbnb do not have specific contracts.

Anyone have an example I could leverage and not start from scratch?

What @John Underwood said. I've stayed at a plac that had a contract and all these rules to sign before my trip even started. It was a turn-off for me and I suspect it would be for most people.....

Just set up your rules: 1) no last minute bookings, must book at least X days in advance, 2) no single night stays (partiers) 3) limit to X number of guests, 4) the person booking must be at least 30 years old, 5) if you do instant booking they must provide ID and have had prior positive bookings.

You'll be fine....!
