Hey All, I am personally looking to grow my real estate investing network by meeting more investors, syndicators, BRRR, and similar professionals in the Portland area. Currently, I work for Bee Remodeling who specializes in rental remodels and turnovers. It seems like so many investors struggle with finding solid GC's who are cost-effective and reasonable to work with long term.

After house hacking my own duplex for 4 years I have directly seen and felt the struggles. I am incredibly excited to get my duplex finished and find my next property to continue building my personal financial freedom. Learning from all the amazing pro's on this site has been motivating to stay the course. Coming from a low-income family and bootstrapping my own portfolio, I didn't have access to this type of incredible knowledge. So thanks to everyone who takes time to share their thoughts and experiences!! 

1. Any investors in the PDX area needing a true professional GC specializing in rental properties?

2. Are there any individuals in the Portland area with an already established group of rental property investors that is open to new members?
