Looking for Partner in Indianapolis

Jack Townsend
Posted

I am a buy-and-hold investor that buys exclusively in Indianapolis. I am interested in acquiring more single-family homes in the 150-250k range in the surrounding Indianapolis areas using the BRRRR strategy. After a few years of searching, I have found a general contactor that I love and trust and am ready to pour gas on the fire.

I am looking for a partner interested in a long term buy and hold strategy! I am an Indianapolis native and currently work as an ER doc at the county hospital downtown.

Hi Jack,

Indianapolis is a strong market for the BRRRR strategy and it sounds like you're in a great position to scale. Having a solid contractor / team can make all the difference. Are you planning on using hard money to finance?
