any private Heloc lenders

anyone know of private lenders that will do a heloc? i have 30 years in my trade but started my own company 1 year ago and the traditional banks want to see 2 years of self employment. PLEASE HELP

Hi

You can get a bank statement loan or a dscr loan. Both don't need your tax return info.
