Property managment recommendations in Akron

Greetings Ohio investors -

I am looking around for alternative options for my current property manager on a duplex in Akron. I have been with the same manager for a few years but have been growing increasingly dissatisfied with them. I don't want to air it all out on here, but suffice it to say the communication and follow through with maintenance has been extremely lacking, to the point where I feel like I'm doing the managing. My PMA is expiring soon and I'm seriously considering jumping ship. I feel like I have pretty reasonable expectations for a PM - I'm not looking for something magical or someone who works for free, just reliable communication and service.

Does anyone in Akron have a manager they have used and recommend? I'd appreciate any leads for people I should start reaching out to. Thanks!
