Hello BP Community!

I'm located in Rochester, NY, and I'm looking to partner up with someone to co-host a short-term rental property. I'm new to the STR game and eager to learn the ropes, so I'm offering my co-hosting services for free in exchange for experience and networking opportunities.

I’ve been working on this strategy for several months now and have a network of people who are super-host that I can get advice from. I also have plenty of time to tend to the job since I'll be working from home.

My strengths include strong communication skills (I'm also bilingual in Spanish!), remote work capabilities, attention to detail, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. I'm hoping to find someone who is experienced in short-term rentals, patient, and willing to teach me how to cohost effectively.
