They need to be licensed, experienced, punctual, and, of course, investor-friendly :)

@Lilach Holtzer highly unlikely that anyone shares anyone good.

Property Management Companies won't share as we keep them too busy.

Flippers won't share as they are afraid of them being "stolen" from them.

Wholesalers may share, but they rarely know any good ones.

Not trying to rain on your parade, just trying to be realistic:)

Regarding a licensed GC, we highly recommend @Mark Fries. He handles many of our clients' projects from roofs to full gut rehabs. He's an investor in Jacksonville as well! I suggest you reach out to him or if you'd like for me to introduce you I can do that too. :)
