I'm based in Charleston and am frequently in Columbia. Do you ever make it to any of the CHS meetups?

Hi Patrick, there are any meetups at the beginning of March?

Hey nice to meet you Patrick
I forgot to say that I’m an out of state investor but definitely want to come and join meetups
I’m new to this market and thinking to invest on west Columbia, Lexington and Greenville on the northeast.
If you know anyone who works in those markets that would be great.
Hey there.  I am a mortgage broker in Greenville, licensed to work anywhere in the state.  Would be happy to connect.

Hi Stephan happy to connect I'll be in town soon so feel free to Dm me your phone number

My wife and I currently invest in those areas, we are new to investing but not new to these areas. I grew up in Lexington. We have a flip property right now in the northeast area and 1 STR in lexington. I work in Greenville so I'm in that area every day. We would love to connect!

 Hi Ryan,
Sounds awesome, me and my husband are doing our investments together also and really love to connect with more couples :) We are new to these areas and looking for rentals that works with BRRRR which is our main strategy, did you try to find BRRRR or do you prefer flips and STR? Why Lexington is a good area for STR?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a fixer-upper contractor in the Jacksonville metro area?
They need to be licensed, experienced, punctual, and, of course, investor-friendly :)

Hey Chris, good to hear from you,
thank you for your detailed opinion that you brought here, you made me think about it deeply and to compare markets, I'll do some homework this week :)

Quote from @River Sava:

Hey Lilach -

I've seen some successful BRRRR deals in Jacksonville recently, particularly in areas like Riverside and Springfield. Those neighborhoods have been popular because they offer a decent balance between purchase price and rent potential. While rents can be on the lower side in some areas, the key is to find properties where you can add enough value through rehab to make the numbers work. It might take some digging, but with the right deal, it's definitely possible to make it work in Jacksonville.

Hey River Sava, thank you for sharing your thoughts
from what I saw in the last few weeks in Springfield, are properties that needs total rehab, I hoped to go for cosmetic rehab :) but to add value is something that really important for me. however, I'll dig deeper around those areas, thanks again
