Quit Claims - Document Recording in Wayne County completely online

Posted

Hello,

These days im more out-of-the-country then an out-of-state investor, so Im looking for the easiest way to submit 2 quit claims for registration to Wayne County. Essentially doing the process completely online.

Has anyone done this yet?

Ive reached out to the deed office, they recommended a 3rd partie's help - but they still mention mailing in my notarized deeds.. its not super clear... Anyone ? anyone?

Thank you!

Sara

Quote from @Sara Emmanuelle Dube:

Thank you, so Simplifie seemed perfect and I emailed them but : "We service companies who use our system on a consistent basis. You will need to pay an annual license fee"

And my original title company requires that I mail in the original deeds. Im just surprised there is no service that does it entirely remotely. Since I can notarize online.. Maybe i need another title company.

Thanks for the suggestion @Chris Seveney

check out a company like docsolutions, KC Wilson or Richmond Monroe.
