Newbie Investor wanting to invest in TN, AL, GA

Hi

I am looking for mentors around chattanooga,  Huntsville area. I am a new investor who just bought their first property in Chattanooga TN.

Looking to get introduced to mortgage brokers, gcs,  handyman, foundation repair businesses, framers etc in Chattanooga and Huntsville area. 

Please send me any good referrals if you have worked with them.
