Looking for realtor that has experience with off market properties

I am a new investor with limited funds and experience. I am wanting to find a Multi Family Home in the lower area of Ohio. Preferably around the Cincinnati, Delhi, Covedale area. I live in Kentucky and might be moving to the area. 

A good option would be a 4 plex.
