I'm thrilled about a new tool we've launched that allows borrowers to get their own real time pricing for DSCR loans with a few simple clicks 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This portal is not only great for getting the submission process started with us but also an awesome tool to play with when pre-underwriting deals. We're going to continue to add features every single week to enhance the user experience and make getting a DSCR loan as easy as possible. We truly appreciate any user feedback you have in these early phases. It's been a rocky mortgage market the last few weeks to say the least but we've been able to weather the volatility because of the unique way we're securitizing these loans through life insurance company buyers on the secondary market who make big forward commitments rather than dealing with so much day to day volatility. Part of that process is giving a big priority to the most credit worthy borrowers. You may notice that we go down to 680 FICO but pricing is substantially better for the high 700s.
