Managing Rentals VS. Managing Seller Finance Homes
My latest YouTube video is up! For those who may not know or perhaps you forgot, my name is Luther and I'm a real estate practitioner in the fantastic Kansas City market. My focus is on assisting capital investors with cash flow opportunities. I also help other investors with their funding and financing needs.
In this video I talk more about seller financing; looking at managing tenants as opposed to managing residents. What's the difference between working with renters versus working with homeowners.
I get into my background again and reveal what it's like working for real estate investors as "boots on the ground". You will hear some of the experiences I have had helping them to acquire, renovate, and manage rental properties.
What does the inside of a true real estate investing operation look like? We must consider three key things again: Capital, Strategy, and Operations.
Inevitably, as a lot of real estate investors grow their enterprises, they begin to look at how they can offset, outsource, and delegate certain aspects of the business. Deciding whether to hire 3rd-party service companies for property management or doing certain things "in house" becomes a big thing.
Well, offering seller financing to residents as an exit strategy is a great way for landlords to gain more relief. On top of that = more cash flow, higher returns, and additional time-freedom.
Tune in if you would like to learn more about what it's really like to own and manage rental properties. Watch until the end if you'd like to discover how owner financing could be your next move.
Virtually every single deal-finder or real estate investor will seek out opportunities where the seller will do some type of creative financing but how many of us make it a point to offer seller financing as an exit strategy? For those individuals who aren't quite convinced yet or for people who are concerned about risks, please refer to some of my previous videos. I go over the 3 main elements of a real estate investing business and the "3 Scary D's" for seller financing.
You can check me out on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Each week I drop gems on buying, selling, owning and investing in real estate.
