Hi everyone, my name is Quentin I love real estate and investing I am a finance nerd! Looking to meet people with the same goals and interests! and to discuss financial freedom. I live around the Minneapolis Area and was hoping to connect with like-minded people to build a network in the area I am still learning about investing and all sorts it entails. I am always learning as I go send me a message so we can talk more!!! I look forward to it!!

Look in the events section here and on Meetup dot com. Also look for local REIAs. You need to know other investors and things will get a lot easier.
Here are a couple of tips based on what you wrote:
1. You aren't chasing financial freedom, no one is. That's a sliding scale depending on how you grew up, how you live, and what you need or want. You are chasing time freedom which is the ability to do what you want, when you want. And to do that you need money, but you shouldn't chase money to be free because you will accumulate assets that aren't all good.
2. You are rushing yourself. You have a property - awesome. Turning it into a rental only makes sense if you want or have to move. If you like it in your house, it should be appreciating. You don't have to move to buy another property, but you would need a larger downpayment.
You aren't going to find freedom at 24 and if you chase it too quickly, you will make the inverse happen. Find the meetups and listen to other people's journeys.
