Hello everyone I have a question about a mentor and what steps or advice I need to take everybody keeps saying to get mentor or someone to help guides you along the way I'm really passionate about real estate and my financial freedom and i take this knowledge serious but not sure in how to get mentors?

Hi @Quentin Shaurette

You may want to point your attention to Cincinnati/Northern KY! Lower property price, landlord friendly, etc! DM if you are interested!

 thank you! i am interested

Welcome Quentin, investing in real estate is tough but can lead to great things. Stay the course when things are hard and great things will happen. Would love to connect.

Thank you, Jared you are right about that nothings ever easy without a price and sacrifice DM me

Quote from @Lydia R.:

Welcome to Bigger Pockets! You are in the absolute right place to gain the knowledge you need to begin your investing journey. What types of deals are you looking for? Potential flips? Buy and holds? STRs? My advice to people looking for their first deals is to start practice running the numbers. How will you know a great deal if its right in front you?  Unfortunately there is no neon sign that appears over the house indicating that you've found a great deal. Only the numbers will tell you what you have. The better and more efficient you become at running those numbers, the easier it will be to spot a deal.

 Thank you!!

Thank you I appreciate the input, Nathan!!
