Hello BiggerPockets Community!

My name is Kam, and I’m excited to share that I’m a new real estate wholesaler originally from the Low Country of Charleston, South Carolina. Currently, I have two properties under contract and ready for assignment:

- A turnkey Airbnb located in the 30310 zip code of Metro Atlanta.

- A fix-and-flip opportunity situated in Jonesboro, GA.

As I work on growing my buyer list, I came across BiggerPockets and knew this was the right community for me! I am here to network, learn, and put in the hard work that most aren’t willing to do, especially since I’m starting out at the entry level.
