Offer on table - Can’t fund

Calvin Patterson
Posted

Looking for Kansas City investors with capital. I have 4 SF homes and  6 unit property. The owner has offered the deal to me as a package. All properties are on the same street near state line.. Owner has given me a price far out of my budget but I want to figure out a way to get it done. Is there anyone local who would be willing to meet, help me figure this out and agree to pay a finders fee or work out a deal if things makes sense?

@Calvin Patterson

We're working through funding on a number of transactions with multiple investors right now.  Happy to dig in and share some insights & such.  There's a number of solid backers & brokers who surely can get it done.  The numbers gotta make sense, of course.
