In need of Assistance with Seller Finance

I have been a Landlord for 21 years. I recently advertised my rental properties to a couple of Real Estate Investors in my community and recieved offers for Seller Financing. I have text book knowledge about Seller Financing, but no real experience. I need help from someone with experience in Seller Financing.

 Happy to assist but my first advice would be to not sell it seller financed unless it cannot be financed with conventional lending.
