Looking for a real estate agent in an near King of Prussia, PA

I let my current agent go for several reasons. First and foremost, he never brought me a single deal, even though I closed several deals with him. Secondly, he lacks skills for investors, such as negotiation skills and being responsive to investors. In my last deal, he decided not to give an offer because my offer was low in April of this year. Guess what? I spoke to the seller's agent and closed the deal. Then he called that agent when he realized that a deal had just slipped through his hand. I let him take another commission last time after I closed the deal.

Now, yesterday, I had another deal, that I believe was worth pursuing. I requested paperwork for the new deal. I asked him to get an appointment quickly so I could see the property and give a cash offer immediately before the weekend. But he said he was in meetings and conferences yesterday and today. He said he would get me paperwork and an appointment on Friday at 11:00 am. But so far, he hasn't sent me the paperwork, or the appointment has not been confirmed due to the new law, which states that he cannot make an appointment without me assigning him as an agent.

I am looking for a real estate agent in and around King of Prussia, PA, or Montgomery County, PA. Most of my current properties are in Montgomery and Delaware counties. Do you have any good recommendations for investor-friendly RE agents?

@Sanil Subhash Chandra Bose

It may be worth just getting your license to have it lots of discount brokerages in our area.

You get MLS access and lockbox codes on demand without having to make calls and wait.

And you can still just go through the listing agent so they get that double dip which they love ha

The RE course and exam is extremely easy
