Looking for a lead database of foreclosures/tax lien/NOD for retail investor

I am a real estate investor with about two years of experience. I have done well enough to build my portfolio, but finding good deals is always challenging. I have used foreclosure, upset sale, and short sale to acquire properties. I am looking for lead software that helps find motivated sellers' leads. I know how to find this, but it is a time-consuming process. I am looking for recommended software for retail investors. I have seen relatively few for wholesalers.

@Sanil Subhash Chandra Bose

Most use Propstream or other similar software - the issue again is that is what most are using.
