Looking for Long-Term Lender for Airbnb in Indianapolis

Guy Keren
Posted

Hello everyone!

My partners and I are working in Indianapolis and have just signed a purchase agreement. We are looking for a lender who can provide a long-term loan and has experience with loans for Airbnb purposes.

I would appreciate any recommendations.
Thank you!

Hey Guy - Congrats on signing the purchase agreement!

For a long-term loan, especially for an Airbnb property, you might want to look into DSCR loans. They're great for investment properties since they focus more on the property's cash flow than your personal income. It could be a solid option for your situation in Indy. Happy to connect and discuss furhter to see if it makes sense for you!
