Hey BiggerPockets community,
I’m an investor in the Cleveland area, and I’ve recently had a less-than-ideal experience with my current property management company. They’ve been slow to respond to maintenance issues, and communication has been a real struggle, leading to tenant dissatisfaction and increased vacancies.
I'm now looking to switch to a new company but have heard mixed reviews about most of the PMs in this market. Reliability, Transparency, Clear and Regular Communication and good tenant management are at the top of my list.
Does anyone have recommendations for a solid property management company in Cleveland that they've had good experiences with? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
