The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is making a major move with a 💵 $38 million investment to create new affordable housing in Columbus and Reynoldsburg. This initiative is part of CMHA’s mission to add up to 500 affordable housing units annually, addressing the housing crisis in our rapidly growing region. 🌆

Here’s what this investment will bring:

🏢 Reynoldsburg Development: $25M for 100 rental units + commercial space on East Main Street.
🏘️ Touchstone Field Place Phase II: $10.9M for 44 one-bedroom apartments on Lockbourne Road.
🏠 Preston Pointe: $2.1M for 50 apartments on East Main Street.

These developments will prioritize affordability, with long-term contracts ensuring that housing remains accessible for decades to come. 🛠️💼
