Looking for an investor friendly agent in Lubbock TX

Posted

Hi,

We're excited to continue our investment journey in Lubbock, Texas, and are currently based in Europe. We're looking for an experienced agent who not only knows the local market well but also has a strong network of reliable property management companies ect.

We would greatly appreciate any recommendations you might have.

Thank you in advance!

Best regards,
Petronella

@Petronella Kerssens recommend reversing your approach!

Start with a PMC and they will either have agents familiar working with investors or will know agents they can refer you to.

Looking for an agent first will lead to you getting spammed by dozens of "investor-friendly" agents - the majority of which will own no rentals themselves, so have very little to really offer an investor.

+95% of agents have only done owner-occupied transactions, not investor deals.
