ISO Solid Flat Fee MLS service

Hello,

I am looking for a good nationwide Flat Fee MLS service. I've been looking for one local to Spokane, WA to work with the local MLS but am not happy with the options I found, especially with regard to having closing fees among other things.

So I'm expanding to consider a nationwide Flat Fee MLS service that is solid, with a good reputation and does not have hidden or closing fees tacked on.
