Hi Russell, thank you so much for the reply! I do not understand. When I search flat fee MLS there are so many services that come up that cover many if not most states, such as Houzeo, Homecoin, etc. Maybe I should clarify that I do not need a nationwide Flat Fee MLS service, but I do need a honest/ethical & reputable one that covers Washington state because that is where Spokane is.

Homecoin is in 22 states. So thats 28 states its not. Houzeo is in more, but not every state.

But you just named 2 companies that are both available in Washington state. So why not pick one of those 2.

Thank you so much! Good point. I am simply asking for advice from anyone that has a recommendation for any of these type of Flat Fee MLS services that cover Washington. I haven't worked with any before, so its nice to hear recommendations based on past experience.

So far I found a few Washington state flat fee MLS services but none dedicated specifically to spokane yet. I have time still and I'm still hoping someone out there might have a recommendation that I haven't found yet! 🙏

I am hoping to find a quality service with a good reputation that works with the local Spokane MLS. In other words, not a reseller.
