Cash Out Refi (DSCR) Options for New Construction w/ No Seasoning

Freya Wright
Posted

Hello,

I'm a new builder in Texas and currently working on my first build-to-rent property. I secured a construction loan from a local bank. Once the property is complete, I aim to get a cash-out refinance into a permanent 30-year DSCR loan. Are there any lenders who can do this without requiring me to hold the property for 6 months after completion?

Thanks!

Freya

@Freya Wright - yes, 3 months, or less, title seasoning is what we can work with.  Would be ideal if you had a lease and 1st month's deposit in hand, prior to the completion of the new construction.  Either way, reach out.
