Rates have dropped recently, and we're looking at rates in the mid to high 6s if all of the below markers are hit!

Criteria we are looking for is listed below:

  • 720 FICO Score
  • 1.20+ DSCR
  • Close in an Entity
  • $100,000 AIV(Refinance) or Purchase Price(Purchase)
  • No Mortgage Lates
  • 1-4 Unit Properties
