How to find an Insurance Broker knowledgeable about MTR/STRs

Hi. We just purchased a property in Madison, WI intended for MTR/STR use. Our current insurance company only covers LTRs. I'm looking for a broker that can help us define the best deal to cover our new MTR/STR property in WI plus, if it makes sense, potentially our primary residence in Colorado, etc. Any recommendations would be much appreciated!
