Hi! Has anyone ever issued a landlord insurance claim with?:

Just curious if they actually pay? Have good customer service? Does anyone know if these companies are financially solid?

Also, I believe that Landlord Insurance is all I need. Feels like extending my umbrella policy to cover the S/MTR would be a good idea. Or, is this overkill?

Hi. We just purchased a property in Madison, WI intended for MTR/STR use. Our current insurance company only covers LTRs. I'm looking for a broker that can help us define the best deal to cover our new MTR/STR property in WI plus, if it makes sense, potentially our primary residence in Colorado, etc. Any recommendations would be much appreciated! Thanks!
