Searching for Clients who need Lead Generation and REI Funding

I've learned two skilled services for REI: lead generation and brokering (private money). I have these skills well trained, but I'm looking for people who need residential qualified leads or funding for their REI work. Here's where I'm looking to find people:

Lead generation locations: Twin Cities (MN), Columbus (OH)

Private Money Brokering: National (exclude: CA, OR, ID, NV, UT, AZ, MN, SD, ND, NY, VT, NJ, NC)

Even if you don't need anything I would appreciate people's input for how I can find those who would benefit from this.

 we have about 2.5 million of new builds going at once that we need funded for clients and right now they use hard money. would be hard to beat but I'm happy to add you if you want to work with them and have a look at it. that's in Columbus Ohio. I also work in miami fl
