Looking for wholesalers in the Lancaster Pennsylvania area

Hello BP, I have been learning about real estate for the past year now and have recently found someone who is going to work with me in buying my first property (this also includes being a private lender). This first investment would be a BRRRR property, currently I attend Millersville University and would love to invest in a property within a 45 min drive from the campus. I have looked on the MLS for a long time now and haven't been able to find any deals I would love to make some connections with wholesalers in the Lancaster and surrounding areas.
