I am  embarking on an exciting real estate journey and looking for a knowledgeable and experienced CPA who specializes in real estate to help me set up my company, and ensure everything is structured correctly from the start.

I’m acquiring properties in both California and Florida, so it’s essential that the CPA is licensed in both states or nationally. Ideally, I’d love to work with someone who is actively involved in real estate investing themselves and can provide advanced tax strategies as I scale my real estate portfolio and associated LLCs.
