Looking for a private money lender

Hello, I’m new to investing and have some nice deals that I’m ready to invest in.  I’m looking for a private money lender for BURRR or fix and flips.  Does anyone have advice or a referral as to where I could find a private money lender? I have several hard money lenders secured along with several off market distressed properties.  Thanks!
