Hello, I’m new to investing and have some nice deals that I’m ready to invest in.  I’m looking for a private money lender for BURRR or fix and flips.  Does anyone have advice or a referral as to where I could find a private money lender? I have several hard money lenders secured along with several off market distressed properties.  Thanks!

Hi Mike, It looks like we are on the same journey.  I am prepping to start next year as well and want to invest in multi-family properties.  I live in CA but it would be nice to check in every now and again to share tips.  I am also in the healthcare field, I provide space planning and furniture solutions to hospitals and MOB's.
