The Woke Democrats in Washington DC are at it again. This time coming after a landlord group with a vengeance. During 100th episode of The Ask James Wise Show, James Wise goes over the details on the shockingly harsh punishment handed out to a landlord group by the radical DC judicial system. The punishment includes a $10,000,000 fine, a 15 year real estate license suspension and being permanently being banished from doing property management in Washington DC. All of this for refusing to place Section 8 tenants in their properties. Subscribe to HoltonWiseTV for more real estate information, education, entertainment and investment opportunities.

Quote from @Chris Seveney:

Dc is fraught with fraud and mostly from politicians but if you read the stuff this management company was allegedly doing it’s flat out discriminating against people and left a trail of crumbs via email internally to substantiate their claims.

@Russell Brazil probably is familiar with this

Yeah this is old news. This happened under DCs previous attorney general. They violated the DC Human Rights Act pretty blatantly. Discrimination against voucher holders is one of the most common fair housing violations in DC.

The funny part is during this period of time section 8 paid substantially higher rents in much of the city. An example is I have a rental that was getting $5500 from section 8 then that had a market value of $3800. Smart investors in DC wanted section 8.
