Private Money Lender in Phoenix/Scottsdale

I am looking to connect with a private money lender in the Phoenix metro area for fix and flip financing. I've identified and secured the property, and I can provide the purchase details, a detailed line item budget and the ARV with comps.

I have both fix and flip experience, and experience using private money. Open to creative terms/ideas.

Thank you Chris! New to posting on BP. Would you recommend creating a new classified forum post like this? But with the details you mentioned along with it.

It would depend on the terms of the Hard Money, but would prefer private money if possible.
