Out of the all of the times I called or emailed him, he responded maybe 50% of the time (and it was almost never the same business day).

I used this lender to fund a fix and flip project. Ryan Perry and Andrew Kiblin were both excellent in working with me and keeping me well informed throughout the process. They answered or returned my calls quickly and gave me straight answers. This was my first project under my company domain and It was an excellent experience working with Ryan and Andrew.
