Red Rock Capital is actively funding non-recourse transaction on 1-4 unit investment properties in 40 states around the country. Our bridge and fix and flip program can lend up to 80% LTV on this type of transaction ($1.5M max loan amount). We also have a long-term rental non-recourse loan at 60% LTV with rates starting at 7.75% on a 20 year amortization for a 5 year ARM.

If anyone is interested in learning more about how this type of financing can supercharge your retirement account by using these types of loans, please feel free to reach out.

Thank you

Josh
