Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know of a lender who can provide a 1st lien HELOC on a 2 unit rental property? Great rental income, strong FICO, low LTV (60% or below), strong liquidity and PFS. Thanks in advance.

Red Rock Capital is actively funding non-recourse transaction on 1-4 unit investment properties in 40 states around the country. Our bridge and fix and flip program can lend up to 80% LTV on this type of transaction ($1.5M max loan amount). We also have a long-term rental non-recourse loan at 60% LTV with rates starting at 7.75% on a 20 year amortization for a 5 year ARM.

Hi Imdad,

We can provide a DSCR loan at 85% LTV (15% down) with a 740+ FICO score and the property must be a 1.0 or higher DSCR. There is also the ability to do a 1% rate buydown to help get the payment to qualify. We do require $75K as a minimum loan amount but would be glad to help. Feel free to reach out to our office. Generally not a lot. If you have experience or an extra large down payment those could be factors to help negotiate a lower rate. Good credit can also help or additional collateral.
