Low Loan Amounts - Brrrr.com

A lot of lenders usually have $100,000 minimum loan amounts on their DSCR programs.

At Brrrr.com, as long as the property cash flows at a 1.000 DSCR, we can go down to $50,000, so long as the property appraises for $75,000 or higher.

Do you have a property that you're interested in that fits the criteria? Send it my way so I can take a look!
