Recommendations For Raising Capital?

Hi guys!

My partner and I started a lending company last year and we are primarily focusing on transactional funding and hard money loans. Recently we have grown to a size where we are wanting to raise capital to fund more of our deal flow and keep expanding!  I'm curious, what have other lenders done to find investors who would be interested in their offerings? We have an attractive rate of return but we're swimming in the wrong pond it seems. Any feedback would be great!

@Jacob Sherman Why wouldn't it be a first position lien?

1st and only . Some of these scenarios I've been seeing have a gator lenders involved for EMD etc . Are you doing strictly for wholesalers for 1 day transaction ?

Gotcha. Yes we only do same day transactions.
