Real Estate Agency/Realtor Needed for SPI property

I am looking for a real estate agency/realtor for my property in South Padre Island. Who can give me the best recommendations for a team/realtor that can get me an effective marketing strategy, a thorough comparative market analysis, someone that is active on their professional social media accounts, a team that has an in-house professional photographer/videographer and marketing team, provide a communication plan, respect the space and time of booked renters? Ideally I would like to start off with a 90-day contract. A six-month contract is too long of a commitment for me to be stuck with someone or a team with whom I do not align. Feel free to DM me.
